Privacy Policy

Introduction

This privacy policy applies to the MOM App (hereinafter referred to as "Application") for mobile devices, created by Panoculon Labs (hereinafter referred to as "Service Provider") as a free service. This service is intended for use "AS IS".

Collection

The Application collects information when you download and use it. This information may include: Your device’s Internet Protocol address (e.g., IP address) The pages of the Application that you visit, the time and date of your visit, and the time spent on those pages The time spent on the Application The operating system you use on your mobile device Device-specific identifiers such as Device ID (for user authentication and device compatibility purposes) The Application does not gather precise information about the location of your mobile device unless explicitly required by features you opt into. Audio Recording: The Application uses the microphone to record audio only when you manually press the microphone button. The audio recorded is used solely for the purpose of processing the input (such as speech recognition or voice-based interaction) and is not stored on the cloud. The recorded audio is processed in real-time and then discarded after processing. All audio is stored locally on your device and is not retained by the Service Provider. The Service Provider may use the information you provide to contact you from time to time for important notices, required updates, and marketing promotions. For an enhanced user experience, while using the Application, the Service Provider may require you to provide certain personally identifiable information, including but not limited to Device ID. The information the Service Provider requests will be retained by them and used as described in this privacy policy.

Data Processing in the Cloud

The data sent to the cloud for processing is not stored on the cloud server. It is processed in real-time and is not retained after processing is completed. The data is used solely for processing purposes, such as performing speech recognition, analysis, or any other cloud-based features of the Application. Once processed, the data is discarded, and no permanent copies are retained in the cloud.

Third Party Access

Only aggregated, anonymized data may be periodically transmitted to external services to help the Service Provider improve the Application and its services. The Service Provider may share your information with third parties in the following ways: As required by law, such as to comply with a subpoena or similar legal process When the Service Provider believes in good faith that disclosure is necessary to protect their rights, ensure your safety or the safety of others, investigate fraud, or respond to a government request With trusted service providers who work on behalf of the Service Provider and have agreed to adhere to the rules set forth in this privacy policy. These providers do not have independent use of the information disclosed to them. Opt-Out Rights You can stop all collection of information by the Application easily by uninstalling it. Use the standard uninstall process available through your mobile device or via the mobile application marketplace or network.

Data Retention Policy

The Service Provider will retain user-provided data for as long as you use the Application and for a reasonable period thereafter. However, audio data is only stored locally on your device and is not retained on the cloud. If you wish to delete the data you have provided via the Application, please contact the Service Provider at innovate@panoculonlabs.com, and they will respond within a reasonable time.

Children

The Service Provider does not knowingly solicit or collect data from children under the age of 13. The Service Provider encourages parents and legal guardians to monitor their children's Internet usage and to ensure that children never submit any personally identifiable information without their permission. If you have reason to believe that a child under the age of 13 has provided personally identifiable information to the Service Provider through the Application, please contact the Service Provider at innovate@panoculonlabs.com so that necessary actions can be taken.

Consent

By visiting our Platform or by providing your information, you consent to the collection, use, storage, disclosure and otherwise processing of your information on the Platform in accordance with this Privacy Policy. If you disclose to us any personal data relating to other people, you represent that you have the authority to do so and permit us to use the information in accordance with this Privacy Policy. You, while providing your personal data over the Platform or any partner platforms or establishments, consent to us (including our other corporate entities, affiliates, lending partners, technology partners, marketing channels, business partners and other third parties) to contact you through SMS, instant messaging apps, call and/or e-mail for the purposes specified in this Privacy Policy. You have an option to withdraw your consent that you have already provided by writing to the Grievance Officer at the contact information provided below. Please mention "Withdrawal of consent for processing personal data" in your subject line of your communication. We may verify such requests before acting on our request. However, please note that your withdrawal of consent will not be retrospective and will be in accordance with the Terms of Use, this Privacy Policy, and applicable laws. In the event you withdraw consent given to us under this Privacy Policy, we reserve the right to restrict or deny the provision of our services for which we consider such information to be necessary.

Security

This Privacy Policy may be updated from time to time. The Service Provider will notify you of any changes by updating this page with the new Privacy Policy. You are advised to consult this Privacy Policy regularly for any changes, as continued use is deemed approval of all changes. This privacy policy is effective as of 2024-06-10.

By using the Application, you consent to the processing of your information as described in this Privacy Policy, now and as amended by the Service Provider.
