MoMA Privacy Policy

Introduction

This privacy policy applies to the MOM App (hereinafter referred to as "Application") for mobile devices, created by Panoculon Labs (hereinafter referred to as "Service Provider") as a free service. This service is intended for use "AS IS".

Collection

The Application collects information when you download and use it. This information may include your device's Internet Protocol address, the pages of the Application that you visit, the time and date of your visit, the time spent on those pages, and the operating system you use on your mobile device.

Audio Recording: The Application uses the microphone to record audio only when you manually press the microphone button. The audio is processed in real-time and stored locally on your device. It is not retained by the Service Provider.

Data Processing in the Cloud

Data sent to the cloud for processing is not stored on the cloud server. It is processed in real-time and discarded after processing is completed.

Third Party Access

Only aggregated, anonymized data may be periodically transmitted to external services to help the Service Provider improve the Application. You can stop all collection of information by uninstalling the Application.

Data Retention Policy

The Service Provider will retain user-provided data for as long as you use the Application. Audio data is only stored locally on your device. To delete your data, contact innovate@panoculonlabs.com.

Children

The Service Provider does not knowingly solicit or collect data from children under the age of 13.
